6 weeks pregnant cramping??

OK so me and my husband just found out we are having a baby earlier this week and we are thrilled.
This is our first so I have been thinking of just about everything and have noticed EVERY little thing I feel in my body lol. Well I've been feeling something down in my lower area that feels sort of like a period cramp? And its on and off.  No bleeding.  I've Google it and seen that its normal I guess but still can't seem to quit thinking about it.. I've also had morning sickness alot..  but on the ddays I don't,  it worries me that something is wrong.. my Dr app is Tuesday and I'm just so worried BC I just want everything to be OK..am I worrying too much?  Is it normal for a nenew mom to think about that many things?

I'm right there with you. I'll be 7 weeks on Tuesday. The websites talk about leg and side cramping but my cramping is just like period cramping. I did read that its normal because you're making room in there. You can try a heating pad for a few minutes, drink lots of water and get up and walk around. Every time I don't feel cramping I start to worry but that's just me... I'm a worry wart! I just tell myself that I'm over that symptom. I can't wait till I'm 12 weeks and out of the risky zone!

I am always think and planning for this little bean. I believe that's normal but don't worry that is not good for the baby. Relax and enjoy this new experience. I read a comment that said if you are not bleeding or in a horrible pain don't worry. Talk to your doctor about your concerns.

Congrats. I am also 6 weeks with my first. I did have symptoms similar to your. The cramps felt like my period was about to come. After following this forum I learned that those symptoms are normal. I don't have morning sickness (thank God) but I am always tired.
