help pls..

Hi. Im 5 weeks 4 days pregnant. Had my ultrasound today. Result is no subchorionic bleeding, + yolk sac, no embryo noted yet. Is there a possibility that i will/ might have had a miscarriage? Been having cramps but no bleeding. Back aches too but i always had that before i was pregnant..

I agree of you're not sure bug the doctor, that's what they are there for ;)    I have been through the exact same thing recently.   I'm 9 weeks and at 5 weeks I passed out and went to the ER.  They took an US andall we saw was what apappeared to be a yolk sac.   I was so scared and worried too.   All for no reason :)  I had another US last week and we saw the heartbeat.   I've been nauseous 24 hours a day and I get sporadic nasty cramps, backpain and dizziness. It doesn'tfeel like it,but itit's all normal.   I was told to worry about cramping that lasted all day, not the ones that came and went.   I hope that helps.   Hold in there we'll all be out of the scary and painful first trimester soon enough (I'm jealous of those of you who have it easy :)

Its Always Best To Call Your Dr But I Had Horrible Cramping With My Daughter. So Bad I Was Doubled Over And It was Totally Normal My Dr Said. Just The Ligaments Stretching. But It Lasts A Few Seconds And Goes Away.

I would call your doctor to be on the safe side. It may be your uterus stretching but please make sure!!! With my pregnancy losses I had the worst cramping and it didn't get better till I passed the pregnancies and I had heavy bleeding. Please call your doctor and maybe they will get you in for another ultrasound.

I had to have an urgent scan at 5 weeks because of ruptured ovarian cysts and the doctor saw a small yolk sac. When I had my next scan at 6.4 weeks we saw a small baby and heartbeat too. I did IVF so we were  sure about dates that fertilization and implantation took place. With natural conception you may have an idea but don't know for sure. I'm hopeful your next scan will show a baby and a heartbeat for you. Please try not to stress.

Idk Why Drs Do Ultrasounds Before 7 Weeks. Most The Time You Can't See Anything And Then It Always Makes The Momma Worried. But I Agree At This Stage You Wouldn't See Anything Until At least 6 Weeks And Even Then Is A toss Up.

Yes, this is completely normal at this stage in your pregnancy.  I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days and they could barely see the yolk sac and no embryo. I also have back pain and cramping. They found 2 cyst on my ovaries that are causing the cramping and sharpe pains. Its completely normal and good for the pregnancy.  The cramping will usually go away by the 1st trimester. They are having me go back on the 31st for another to see the heart beat. Did they make you another appt? Good luck to you!:)

Congrats on your pregnancy!! Where is the subchorionic bleed located? Did you tell your doctor about the cramps and back pain? I have had 5 subchorionic bleeds and some massive unexplained bleeds this pregnancy. In fact I had spotting and bleeding thru my entire first trimester. The bleeds that were detected on ultrasound were below the pregnancy in my case. I was told it was the best place to have a bleed. I was on bed rest my entire first tri. I kept my feet up and drank tons of fluids. You could try doing this too but make sure your doctor knows about all your symptoms. I will pray for you and your baby! If you want to talk please message me. I will help you as much as I can.
Hugs
