Awkward question time!

For anyone who has had kids, how long does it take for your period to come back when you're breastfeeding? I'm not looking forward to that happening again, but I would like to be prepared. I swear I was more hormonal on my period than I was my entire pregnancy! :p

Ps: yay!! Our babies are starting to smile!  I'll never get bored of that little gummy grin <3 it's so adorable :D

You're lucky! Mine came back at about 3 mo pp and it made my milk supply drop major. I had to use formula and then she didn't want to go back to me x.x oh well. I made it another month, so about 4 months of breastfeeding is better than nothing

Don't worry! I'm seriously paranoid about being pregnant again. No period so no way to tell :/ It's hard when there no period to tell if I'm late x.x plus I feel more pregnant when I'm not than when I am @_@

Im 10 weeks pp and still no period.  I exclusively breastfeed. I have the mini pill but didn't start it yet due to fear of milk decrease. Plus I don't want a period. I had a dot of blood 2x now...hopefully its not implantation bleeding lol....not funny

Thank you for the warning! I was actually getting worried about that. Seems like I won't have to worry about it since my doctors office hasn't gotten back to me in over a month! I'll have to call soon, but the lady who answers the phone is a *****. Even when I called after my water broke she fave me attitude. -_-

Be careful with hormonal birth controls ladies it can make your milk production slow!

The implant last for three years!! So hopefully no babies for three years which is enough time. Plus it can be easily reversed if you want to be pregnant before

I plan on getting the arm thingy, too! If my doctor gets ahold of me.
My daughter said "mama" yesterday twice when she was upset :3 she's 9 weeks 4 days old so I know she didn't actually "say" it, but it was the cutest thing ever

I got my period four weeks after giving birth. I stopped bleeding from birth a week after having my daughter. I'm on birth control though and got my period again after starting it. I have the implant for the arm, I am also breastfeeding, two months so far!

I love this app. I literally got on here to ask the exact same question. My son will be 2 months old on the 15th and I haven't started either. I'm not on any kind of birth control so I hope someone answers lol.
