Does everyone have side effects?! Plz help

I am almost 7 weeks along.  I have very swollen breasts and sensitive nipple but that's IT! No morning sickness, no nausea, no food cravings or aversions, no elevated appetite....nothing else. I feel great in the morning and throughout the day. I have trouble with insomnia, and I guess that's a common symptom of pregnancy but other than that I get very very scared. I don't have the symptoms that generally "solidify" the feeling of carrying. Does anyone else feel this way or is anyone in the same boat with basically no severe symptoms?  Please let me know I'd really like to hear from you :)

Just found out yesterday that I'm almost 8 weeks and ive had very light nausea, no vomiting, pretty much everything you said. Painful breasts, and a couple mood fits here and there but no major symptoms. I really don't even feel pregnant at all.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate hearing from everyone it really helps give me peace of mind. With my mom AND mother in law constantly telling me "it's not normal to not be sick" it had began to worry me. You are absolutely correct Perlet, I should be grateful for a great first trimester and not let this worry/bother me :)  And to Msshaniqua...I LOVE you metaphor about your books in the morning feeling like they are carrying bricks! You hit the nail on the head!  Hahaha I am right there with you!  Perfect analogy!

Thanks all :)

I am just over 6 weeks. I have sore tender breast, restless at night, fatigue during the day, constipation and frequent urination.

But on the good note, I have no morning sickness :)

Um I wish that were the case for me, I wake up in the middle of the night because I'm hungry, I pee probably 20 times a day easily, my boobs hurt, I'm nauseous all the time, I'm ridiculously tired all the time, nothing fits, I constantly have ligament pains I'm only 6 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy, the first one was a breeze.
So enjoy not having the pregnancy side effects.

I am with you. No nausea or cravings but breasts have felt like they are holding bricks when I wake up in the morning. That is it. My girls and I were just joking about how easy pregnancies usually lead to not so easy babies.

I'm 8 weeks and am one of the lucky ones not experiencing a great deal of nausea also, just tired and have a big appetite. All pregnancies are different and some don't get any symptoms at all!
