Stay at home moms!?

I have been a stay at home mom since my first was born November of 2010, I had a second baby March 2012 and am now expecting baby # 3!!!!

My question is how are you all handling taking care of and being around your kids all day? I LOVE my girls but sometimes I feel like I am going crazy, they are always around me or on me and if they aren't doing that they are fighting. Sometimes I wish I could get someone to take them for a few days and let me have a break which makes me feel really guilty and will never happen lol

Do they have a "Mother's Day Out" program in your area? I know slot of SAHMs who enroll their kids in a daycare origen like that. They only go one or 2 days out of the week to give the mom a much needed break! I only stayed home with my first until he was almost 2. Then we put him in daycare. I'll be staying home with this baby as well and unless I get pregnant again within the 2 year mark, she'll be going to daycare as well and I'll be going back into the salon to work.

I'm 33+ wks... I'm in the same boat. I hate to complain bcuz I love being w my kids & staying home, but it can be suffocating. I have a 7 yo, who's very active in sports, school, etc. a teething 18 mo & prego w #3. I haven't slept since 16 wks prego & I'm tired & overwhelmed. I find I have no patience, can't do anything rt, I forget everything, I feel like a bad mom. I started doing a yoga class 7:30-8:30 pm, it's been nice but then I feel bad bcuz I miss saying goodnight to my lil 1s. Ugh... But it's good to get a breather away. My bday is on Mother's Day & I'm going to meet up w a friend, go for a walk, get a massage & have lunch w her. U have to take time w yourself & don't feel quilty when U do. I work out every am-home prenatal DVD-which helps a lot but I have to wake @ 5:45, before the house is up. Its not hard-I'm awake anyway from hip pain so it helps to get moving. Yesterday my 18mo, had a melt down @ bathtime & I lost it-just started crying, luckily my hubby came in & just took over. Try to take a breath & a minute for yourself. It's so important.

Maybe you can have a family member or your husband  take care of them for anew entire day so you can have time alone.
