What to pack?!?!

Okay so im due next Thursday & I have yet to back me & baby girls bag. I just dont know what all I should take. I don't want to drag along any unecessary items. So my question to you guys what is really needed ?? Also, what types of outfits are acceptional to bring baby home in? I live in hot Sacramento.  I know babies temps run different than our own. So far I have an outfit in case its cool out & then just a simple onsie & pants.

If you have long hair bring elastics and a head band of some sort to keep any hair away from your face

I recommend taking a small personal fan. I needed one last time so I am taking one.

I'll add thank you cards for the nurses and your baby's memory book or a journal if you have one. Just to record your experience while it's fresh. You may also need a towel as the hospital ones are tiny. Makeup if you want it, camera, phone charger, something to read or watch TV on, eye mask, nursing bra if you plan to breastfeed. I also swear by adult diapers. They contain all the grossness and protect your clothes from getting ruined. You bleed A LOT the first 2-3 days.
