anyone else ?

39 weeks and was checked again  yesterday for dilation.  Last week all closed but soft . Yesterday Dr said outer is slightly open inner still closed . I'm due June 5th.  Dr said if I don't go into labor naturally she will schedule a induction on June 12th ... it seems do far away and I'm extremely uncomfortable at this point

My midwives dont check me either. But I know im close and I still have 3 or so weeks left. They dont induce and im uber uncomfortable too. My husband and I are kicking it into high gear this weekend and we plan to have sex all week next week. Perhaps give that a try. The semen has a hormone that will soften that cervix, so get it in while you still can! ;-)

I'm due the same (5th June) but my doctor doesn't check cervix so who knows! I know his head wasn't engaged on Tuesday when I seen her, if nothing happens I will be induced at 41 wks

I'm just about 39 weeks,  only 65% effaced and zero dilation. No induction plan so far.

39 weeks today and just left Dr appt. I'm 2 almost 3 cm and 70% effaced. This after being 1 cm and 0% effaced for 2 almost 3 weeks. Good luck. Anything can change in a blink of an eye!
