dry skin

I just started getting dry patches of skin on my face and neck anyone else having this issue? I typically have pretty oilly skin so this is very very new to me

Exfoliate and moisturize. Oh, and drink more water.

Yup I get the dry patches
I put coconut oil on the spots.  O also  exfoliate when I wash my face
