Only heard of that for a girl but I've heard Kyron, Kyler, Kyrum, Cullin, Caelum and Collin for a boy.

I think it sounds more like a females name but you can name your baby whatever you want, i like the spelling Kaelan, and I do know men named Ashton and Stacy.
