what happened?

Hi im currently 30 weeks pregnant and I leaked a cup of fluid today with no pain or anything. .. the fluid was clear, what could it be im very worried please help?

It could just be urine or it could be some of your waters, the only way to know for sure is to be checked. Call your midwife and she can tell you what to do.
