I've been exactly the same, I felt like I was starving. It was awful. After eating I'd go from full to full and starving, then just plain starving. I found water made it worse. But proteins helped keep me full for moments longer. The worst of it has passed now, not starving but I'm still hungry a lot.
I'm eating girl, I'm eating alright LOL, this is all I do all day and night, I wake up at 3am, I eat, wake up at 6am, eat AGAIN haha! Don't you worry, the hungry pangs are too uncomfortable to ignore!! :')
My goodness, EAT!! When you are hungry, eat!! Just dont go for junk food every time (even if its what you're craving). Eat smaller meals, more frequently and it will help! :-)
Hie there. I'm going through the same thing! I eat and within at least 30 minutes I am hungry again. Sometimes I try ignore it but then my stomach gets painful coz of the hunger so I just have to keep eating. Try drinking more water to give you a feeling of fullness.
