Back Pain
So is anyone else experiencing any back pain at all? mine has gotten so bad that I am actually starting physical therapy today for it. I was trying to avoid it but my boss is now insisting that I go. She said if you can find relief why suffer??? She is probably right. Not sure what to expect...
I have been experiencing bad back pain I have been refered to a pyshiotherapist at the hospital by my midwife and also have been presribed panadeine forte which is safe in pregnancy but does not help much I do have a previous history of fractured spine though
