5 weeks 6 days, need some answers

I got a vaginal ultrasound and a tummy ultrasound done and they saw nothing. No sac, no embryo, no nothin', but a thick uterine wall.

I have an hcG level of 663. HELP! Anyone who has had the same problem? Anyone with guidance?
I'm freaking out here!!!

From what I have read 5 weeks is too early.  I go for my first ultrasound tomorrow and I don't have my hopes up since I'm just approaching 5 weeks but my hcg levels as of 7/21 were 1440 but I did have a concern that my hcg numbers didnt double (prior 826) and my progesterone levels dropped by almost 1/2 (31 to 18).  I was told that they will fluctuate but it is still a concern in the back of my mind.

It's been about 10 days since you have posted any change in your ultrasound scans?

They said to come back tomorrow to get my hcg levels measured again, and that was it. They said it may be too early.

I had kinda the same prob. i have a little bit of spotting and i went july2 and they told me that my hcg levels where low and i should have been about 5 weeks and they were at 254 and they did a ultrasound and didnt see anything and i was freaking out.. so they had me come back on july4 and my hcg levels went up to 510, but some times its just not showing just yet,  give it time . what did ur doctor say?
