Bad day!
So I had a bad day yesterday and was feeling sorry for myself but decided by the end of the day to just laugh about it and I felt much better. So I'd like to share my embarrassing story to maybe cheer someone else up who is having a bad day.... Yesterday when I got to work (@ a hospital) I parked in the parking garage. Apparently the spot I picked was a miniature ice rink so when I went to step out my foot totally slipped and before I knew it I was on my back with coffee cup keys and purse strewn about. The worst but funniest part was I was stuck on my back in a puffy winter coat with giant belly laying in a mixture of spilled coffee and winter slush, sandwiched between 2 cars and all I could think about was how I must look like a turtle who got flipped over onto its back. Luckily I didn't injure myself or baby. I had to then go change my soaked WHITE scrub pants and suck it up for a 12 hr. shift. So anyone who has a bad day today I feel for ya. Sorry so long :)
Oh no! I'm glad you are able to laugh about it now! I hate when stuff like that happens. I'm glad you're okay! :)
Aww thank goodness you are both ok :) it's a pretty funny tale. .. lol put a smile on my fave
