Yea we are really excited not to find out we actually want to keep the baby's gender a secret until the big brothers find out but I am not sure how well that will work out.
2nd baby due the 23rd march we decided to keep a suprise .. The more people wanted to know the more determined it made us to not find out think it's sooo exciting going to experience the unknown and suprise of when baby is here xx
My husband and I are going to be surprised too! I've been told that I won't be able to last and I'll give in to wanting to know the gender. I was also told by the same person (former boss) that I'm pretty much a bad parent for not getting my child pink or blue stuff.
My mother-in-law wishes she knew the gender for crocheting. She wants to use pink or blue instead if green, white, yellow or any neutral color.
Otherwise, everyone else has been fine with our decision to wait. Most are surprised because it's not the norm. Also, many forget where waiting to find out at delivery b/c we get asked multiple times, by the same people, if we know the gender yet.
It just gets annoying hearing the same stuff from others about how its wrong not to find out. I read a blog by a father who said its the ultimate surprise and it leaves 0 room for possible disappointment!
I am not going to lie I enjoy the torture lol it just gwts
I feel the same way. This will be our second baby and everyone keeps pressuring me to find out the gender. We didn't for our first either. I think it just adds more excitement!
