I have been experiencing low menstral like pains starting yesterday (not really timetable cause they feel constant) and now after sleeping for about 5 hours my hips ache really bad. Baby is confirmed to be head down already. With my first, I had these pains, realized my daughter hadn't moved much, went to hospital to get checked out, was sent home, as we drove the pain got a lot worse and my water broke when we got home so we went back and had her... This pregnancy is so different and I've been dealing with aches and pains the last week and this baby won't take a chill pill.. I just can't tell if labor is around the corner or if it's all false alarms! So frustrating!

I feel your pain I've been 3 cm for 4 weeks now keep having contractions and still get sent home.. Its very frustrated.
