My neice is in her 4th month not showing

Hi my neice is in her 4th month of pregnancy, she is nervous cause she is not showing, is that normal? She has 4 other kids and said she usually shows by now.

I never showed then either, some ppl dont, i would contact your doctor...

I wasn't showing then but it was also my first pregnancy. If she's worried she should call her doc. They can ease her mind at least. She might just be carrying this one differently.
