Usually they give you an epidural and pain medicine in your IV here in Ks instead of morphine. I'm more scared of my doc having to tell me I gotta be induced again. It was the worst pain of my life cuz your forcing labor and contractions to happen instead of it happening natural. So I'm shooting for it happening on it's own this time. But if not I'll be a basket case lol

Yes I'm nervous and this is my second. But I remember the first one hurt like heck!!! lol I was pain med free then. Not this time.. I am all about the drugs this time lol. Since its my last baby I want to remember more of the experience unlike the first when I was out of it from the pain. I have 7 weeks left til my due date but I'm gonna start trying to self induce.. walking, pressure points,etc.. at 37 weeks cuz I am all done with this pregnancy business I'm ready for my little bundle to be here. I'll be full term at that point so I guess I really only have 4weeks left =)... that's just hoping she'll cooperate and get out like I want lol.. these babies do play by their own rules as we all know =)

Yer it was scary. the morphine was for pain relief. I'm.not saying morphine was bad. Just unfortunate that by the time I got bub out it had already started to slow him down. If that makes sense. They reckon you have about 4 hours after your given the morphine before it starts to get into bub.

Maybe I'm forgetful but I'm not scared at all. And my bub is only 19 months old so it wasn't that long ago that I went through it. I'm planning no drugs this time. I had morphine last time and because of the time frame it meant my bub didn't take his first breathe till four minutes. After a lot of help from the doc.

All i am worried about is baby turning into right position and being healthy. As i have children, i know what it is like :) and hoping it will be even faster with this one.
I will be putting on my birth plan not to give me epidural when i start screaming for it :) lol because i know i will!!! Lol
