Pressure and tighten feelin

I woke up this mornin sore I was crampin from my hips like a stitch and the prrssure in my back has been intense, the bump has dropped again so the pain has really been.intense all around my waist back to front and I think my mucus plug is comin away cause my discharge was thick like googy think labour might b sooner than.i think the pain was really sore, I went a swim and I feel a bit better now but not much anyone else felt like this?

Lol I think the summer has only just began here in scotland I was able to go out without a jacket, happy days :p lol nice blue sky wish I had a pool in my garden, I just have the local sports complex pool 10 minz away is all

Ohh and I have a huge pool in my back yard but here in new York its far from being warm enough to swim yet...uhhg lol

Ohh I know I have so much pressure at times that I go pee then 2 seconds later iI feel like I'm about to pee myself again but its just so much pressure ....I have actually caught myself crossing my legs cause I'm afraid she will fall out the pressure gets so intense at times

My swim didnt help much tbh it helped my hips but it couldnt mask the cramp or whtever I was having, I feel weird cause shes pressed against my bladder to and I keep feelin like pee wants to reliease its a good thing I have good bladder control from lettin myself just per myself lol

I'm only feeling craming all over my waist and hips really bad.. they go away and come back during the day.. and I'm nit sure about the mocus plug because even thoe this is my 4rd pregnancy I never even noticed about that lol good luck to u..
