Sleep Issues

I know we are all pretty early into this, but has anyone
noticed any changes in their sleep patterns, like not being
able to sleep or restless sleep if you do? As you can tell
I'm posting this late cause I just can't seem to fall asleep.
Not sure if it's nervousness or part of the pregnancy symptoms
the last time I pregnant I could fall asleep anytime, but with my oldest
I had insomnia from 3 months in. Any tips or ideas or tricks would
be greatly appreciated.
Jess

I'm 4 weeks 5 days pregnant. I CAN'T SLEEP. I talked to my co-worker who had the same problem. She suggested tea an hour before bed and before sleeping write your concerns in a journal and write your thoughts in a diary. She said she did this and slept great. Tonight I am going to try it.

I'm sleepy all day and then can't sleep at night. Waking up to go to the bathroom, or just waking up every hour or so. Very annoying!

I was having that problem for about a week before I was pregnant so at about 5 weeks.  I was waking up multiple times a night for no reason.  Never thought about it being a pregnancy symptom.
