gas pains

I'm having horrible gas pains at night the last two days..I can't even sleep. I feel like my uterus is contracting. I'm 13w 1d. Anyone else go through this. Tips hints help??

Yeah im 17 weeks and been like that most my pregnancy sometimes i think is something else but as soon as i fart or burp it goes away..

I'm feeling similar. I'm not sure if its gas pains because the sharp pain I got was while I was sleeping and it woke me up but it came and went. During the day all seems fine but at night it feels like my belly is about to explode, its stretching. I'm trying warm water with lemon slice and trying to exclude food that I think may be culprits.
I'm also feeling these tapping/popping inside in my lower abdomen, have you had any of this? I'm trying to figure out whether the baby is moving yet and not sure what I should be feeling. A bit worrying because for the first 12 wks I felt like things were happening but now it feels like nothings happening. Weird.
