exercise ball!
I got an exercise ball to bounce on today, has anyone had any luck kickstarting labor with an exercise ball?
My doctor said my baby's head is very low but I'm only 50% effaced and less than 1cm dialated so I'm hoping this helps dialate my cervix
It def helped with me getting my baby to lower! I am 40w4d still no baby but she did move down :)
Yes ! Def helped me, that last two weeks of i used it . For wall sqiats and bouncing on it and def pushed him lower :)
