My doctor told me it was just how the baby is laying. It maybe just be laying on a vein or a nerve. I have been going through that a lot on my job. You may want to go check just in case it more.
Thanks ladies ill try those ideas anythings got to be better
Are you wearing a belly support band? If not, I would definitely invest in one. They sell them at Toys R Us, Target, Wal-Mart, etc.... Try the one that adjust with Velcro. They offer more support when standing all day.
I just got done with hairdressing school and I was on my feet 9-4:30 all the time and my back and feet were killllling me! Prenatal massages and a heating pad help. Also when I got home I'd rest and elevate my feet and it helped a little.
It could be sciatica. I get it when I'm pregnant also. Getting weekly massages help. Check with your insurance, some chiropractors that have massage therapist will run it through your insurance and with some it could be as low as $5 per session. That was the case with my first pregnancy. I went once a week and although it didn't get rid of it, it helped. I am also a hair stylist. :) also you just have to take it easy when you aren't working. I notice if I do a lot of cleaning or bending over a lot it will be worse the next day.
Sounds like SPD. Systemic pubis disfunction. Mine is getting worse by weeks and I can no longer walk long distance now w/o being in agony. Can't even lift up my legs to dress up.
