Bad back pains

I am 29 weeks pregnant and for the past couple days I have had the worst back pains. It's been very hard for me to sleep or sit a certain way. Should I be worried? Is there any way I can relieve some of the pain? I mean I know it's kind of normal but this is my first child so I'm not that experienced lol

I use a heating pad and several pillows at night. Can take baths or Tylenol as well. Just normal part of pregnancy!

Welcome to the club. I'm 29 weeks as well and my hips and back hurt at night and today my back hurt for the first half of the day :( I have found that it helps if I have a pillow between my legs and under my tummy then one shoved behind my back. I switch from left to right side throughout the night. Poor hubby is about to be pushed out the bed with all my pillows lol

It *****. I literally cried last night because of not being able to sleep. Yoga helps me. The pool is great if you have an indoor pool at  gym somewhere .
