Oooh. I have a great smoothie recipe that tastes so good. It's a green smoothie recipe.
2 cups of Spinach, 1/2 Cucumber, 1 apple, frozen strawberries or frozen mixed fruits,(its what makes the smoothie cold to avoid watering it down with ice), lemon juice. It is so good, looks gross because it's green but you don't taste the veggies and you can add a banana for extra potassium!
Yes, I an experiencing the same problem. I can tell you what I do, but there is no guarantee it will be the same for you or that you will like it either. I try to drink V8 Juice. It is the only think I can do, to get my veggies. Unfortunately, I do not drink it everyday, as my aversions are getting worse, the further along I get. I wish you luck however. Also, if you can, try to make your own smoothies, with a couple of veggies as well. You can try strawberry, banana with spinach or kale, etc. Whichever you fancy. (:
