Logan George is here!

November moms are starting to deliver!  Logan George was born Nov. 2 at 4:22 am, via emergency c-section.
His story: I had been having the usual BH contractions that night, timing them, and as usual they petered out. Fell asleep, and got up at 12:00 with more BH (?)-timed them, they petered out. Got frustrated, said to DH "let's just go to bed already, I'm tired of timing these things". Went potty one last time before climbing into bed, and wham!  my water broke with a fury.  I absolutely could not stop it from gushing, all the way to the hospital (sorry, TMI).  When I got there, I was 3 cm dialated. Got me all hooked up, checked again, I was 7-8!  They quickly paged the doctor (no time for drugs) and I was ready for pushing. Baby wasn't tolerating the pushing though, despite giving me oxygen, different positioning, etc. They were going to try the vacuum, but decided just get me to the OR.  He was born at 4:22 am. It all worked out very well, he's a fine, very healthy baby. Dad had a fast learning curve because I can't do much, but he's a natural.
pics later.

Congratulations!  Sounds like we had similar labour stories except my water didn't break on its own!  Have fun with your new baby!
