I feel the same thing...not all the time but i sure do. I have been for the past i would say at least 4- 5 weeks. According to the more experience mothers on 21-34 forum said it was normal. I havent yet asked my Dr. Im not to worried, im not bleeding, im not like cramping, if i feel that pressure after using the restroom i usually sit or lay down, ill give 5 or 10 minutes and its gone.
I to feel what durhamjk1 is talking about, as soon as i empty my bladder baby moves and sometimes it might feel like you still have to go. If its a big concern ask your Dr.
This is also my first & i will be 26 weeks tomorrow.

Not really pressure in my lower abdomen, but sometimes when I have a full bladder after I empty it - I feel like I still have to go to the bathroom.  Mine is not a UTI - it just feels like consistent pressure on my bladder.  It goes away too.  Sometimes after I empty my bladder - that is when my son decides to move too.  It is almost like he is saying "I have room to move" .  This is my first pregnancy too - so I am sorry I couldn't help you out.  Definitely ask your doctor at your next appointment.
