Blood supply to uterus

Hi everyone!  I've been on the infertility forum for almost three years, and thankfully switched to this one due to going through IVF and getting pregnant with twins!  (6w5d)  Today I went for an ultrasound and saw the heartbeats for the first time.  They were good...127 and 117.  However, the doctor did a blood supply ultrasound and seemed concerned.  His reaction was "it's not off the charts, but I guess it's normal."  When asked to clarify, he sort of studdered on his words and came back saying not to worry, that it's still increasing so that was a good thing.  He was so rushed that he didn't really want to answer any more questions, which was very frustrasting!  (I get the sense that now that he got me pregnant, he's done with me) My question is, has anyone had one of these ultrasounds done and if so, what's considered normal?  What can happen if it's not normal?  miscarriage?  I'm extremely worried, so any information would be much appreciated!

I have never heard of that test either.  Sorry I couldn't answer your question.  I also don't think you need to worry if you saw and heard the heartbeats.

huh.. i've never heard of an ultrasound showing blood supply to the uterus before.. really doesn't make much sense to me.. I think that if you saw the little heartbeats then you should be good! : ) your risk of miscarriage (no matter what, when you see the heartbeat) goes down to 3-5% which is great!!!   yea sometimes i think RE's dont' know much about pregnancies, just getting you there! which hey, i'm glad they at least do that well most of the time! ha!  well CONGRATS on your pregnancy, it sounds like everything looks great to me! : )
