OMG OMG OMG
Well my due date is this Saturday!! 11/21/09 and so I've been excited and prepared..My last 2 doctor's appts I haven't dialated or effaced so I was expecting to go past my due date. And my doctor has told me that if I don't go into labor by Saturday, that within any of the 7 days after my due date, he would want to induce me because he doesn't want me going after a week after my due date. Buuut he just called me about an hour ago and said that since next week is Thanksgiving week, he'll be going out of town on Wednesday and scheduling a lot of appts on Monday and Tuesday so he'll be busy in the beginning of the week and out the last part of the week. Then he gave me the option of being induced THIS THURSDAY...2 days from now & 2 days before my due date!!! OH MY GOODNESS...I wasn't expecting that...He told me to sleep on it and we could discuss it tomorrow morning when I go in for my doc appt. He said that if I'm still not dialated by tomorrow and I do decide to be induced on Thursday, that tomorrow afternoon or night I'll be admitted into the hospital and be given medication to help my cervix start dialating and then Thursday morning, I'll be induced. I think I'm gonna go for it so I can avoid the holiday rush next week. AHHH...so I'll be having my baby this Thursday!!! AHHH :) Anyone else having their babies this week???
Thank you hope!!! Have you had your bundle of joy yet??? Aww hazleyez! Your baby is just being stubborn! lol..like mine! If the doc never gave me the option of being induced early, I think I would have gone past my due date too! I went to my doc appt today and told him that I would like to be induced tomorrow and he checked if I was dialated and still NOTHING! lol But I hope everything goes well for the both of ya'll!!!! :)
that is great as for me today is my due date and still no baby :0( i will go to the doc. friday but I am thinking of going in today and speak to her I am getting very uncomfortable walking sleeping and all that good stuff. soo here is to you happy and heathly smoothly delivery cant wait to see ur lil bundle of joy this weekened :0)
