I am guessing it is either the fasting or the not drinking water or both. Water is very important during pregnancy and not eating is much more difficult for someone who is pregnant. I have to keep food in my stomach at all times or I start feeling sick. I now have a huge variety of healthy snacks hiden in my desk drawers at work so I can keep eating. I've heard that light headedness can be a symptom during pregnancy too so to me it sounds like all these combined probably caused you to black out. I wouldn't worry too much unless it happens again. I hope your doctor was able to ease your worries about this on Monday.

You know what Im really not sure if its from the fasting but I have those same things that you are talking about but I have them more often  for really no reason at all it just happens except I dont completely black out I just like HAVE to lay down and get cool or it feels like Im going to pass out or worse..it is really scary! I talk to my doctor and they have ran a few test and I always seem to be fine but im telling you it really feels bad when it happens and everytime its scary and i never know when it will happen or where I will be...So I hope for you this is just a fasting thing and that you wont go through that again! You can always tell your doc just to see if he wants to run any test. At least you know someone knows what your talking about!
