rash

I am 39 weeks 5 days... I have developed a rash. I have eczema normally in the winter / change of seasons, but this is CRAZY. The doctor said they didn't think it was PUPP, but I am COVERED. I have tried the steroid cream the Dr gave me, calamine lotion, oatmeal bath, benedryl (which knocks me out cold for hours), witch hazel, cold compress and even baking soda paste oh and coconut oil. Nothing seems to ease the itch and if it does in one place it comes out in another. Any suggestions?! I literally cried to my dr medical assistant on Friday to try to get them to bring me in and induce me to see if having her will make it ease up but they refuse to do anything before Monday at the earliest. In the meantime I'm loosing my mind!
