I am going to wait until at least 28 weeks (superstitious as I don't want baby things around if it all goes wrong- but that's just personal anxiety, most of you will be fine). I  live in a small city and the shops are open every day and I have friends who have offered to give me second hand stuff if needed. I also have a supportive husband who can get the things we need if I am unable. My midwife has given me a list of essential things we actually need which helps.

I'm 21 weeks & 2 day's ant to be fair I started shopping as soon as I found out which was about 9 week because I wanted everything prepared and done so I could relax towards end, i've actually got near enough everything its definitley best to get things sorted before so your less stressed as your getting further along :) i'm just stressed with moving out now lol, hope everything goes well for you and start now ;) x
