im freaked baby #1 5wks 2days

I had some slight spotting last Friday which lasted short with one wipe and it was gone. I went to the ER just to be sure everything was okay. I had blood work done and my hcg levels were at 1924 that was Saturday morning. I had an ultrasound done as well. The ultrasound showed that I had a cyst on my left ovary called a corpus luthiem, and a sac inside my uterus attached to the wall as should be. After running more tests the doctor told me my ultrasound came back as inconclusive which they told me it was to early to tell and that there was no yolk present but it was to early. I've been going to get my hcg levels tested every 48hours Monday this week I had a reading of 8'000, yesterday wednesday my hcg levels came back as 16000, I've been having some weird and more so annoying then painful aches on my left side, I'm also constipated and feel constipated a lot and ive been getting minor backaches. My breast were really tender now they are slightly tender. I go for another hcg test tomorrow and another ultrasound I'm freaking because I'm so worried that something could be wrong as I've said this is my first baby and first time being pregnant.  Has anyone else been through this and had these symptoms and still went onto deliver a healthy baby? Are my hcg levels rising like they are suppose to be or is this something else? Please help and advice is greatly appreciated and encouraged.

My last pregnancy was like that. I had spotting for almost two weeks. Your Hcg sound great. Doubling every 48 hrs. The cramping you are feeling is your uterus growing. My son just turned one this month. Try to relax. :)
