They are going to induce me on the 20th four days before my due date. I am so excited yet scared. Has anyone else been induced before.

Im totally planning on the epidural. Im trying not to be scared of the labor but its starting to freak me out.

I was induced last week i was so nervous. People said if you are already dilated it is less chance to end in c section. I was 2cm when i arrive at the hospital. They started me on pitosin at 6am i got the epidural around 11 and i have my baby at 7:49 so it was 14 hours i have my previous baby all natural and he took more than 24 hours so my induction was not bad at all. As long as you are making progress everything goes fine. I would recomend you to get the epidural i was so in pain before that but after i got it i could relax and enjoy the waiting

I have been induced it is nothin to worry about of course I was not worried at all until the minute I got to the hospital to be induced this morning so I will let you know how this one goes I get my water broken at 7 or 7:30 so about an hour
