after labor?
After a regular delivery, how long do I keep putting those witch hazel things on my pads and after how long can I wipe cause I'm using the Squier bottle to clean? Its been a week since I've had my baby girl
You can use it for as long as you want. It feels so good. I am already 3 weeks and a half and use them whenever I feel irritated.
It's been 2 weeks for me. I used the witch hazel pads for about a week give or take a day. I still use the squirter bottle and then just pat dry with toilet paper. If i just wipe with toilet paper it kinda drys things out and the wiping motion irritates everything and makes it burn
