When did you ladies start getting stretch marks? Around what week? I've gained about 20 lbs in my pregnancy and I'm about to be 35 weeks. No stretch marks yet ftm

I started getting stretch marks around my 7th month, but they aren't too bad. Just a few on my lower abdomen going up to my bellybutton. I hit my 8 month mark today and so far I've only gained 10lbs (I'm all belly).

I started noticing mind when I saw some cracks shine against the light. They never turned red for me and it's usually hard to tell during pregnancy. Definitely keep on lotioning mostly your bottom abdomen and sides, around your breasts, and around your upper thighs. I've gained 27 lbs and I'm 37 weeks + 6 days

That's great to have no stretch marks! I definitely think it's hereditary and depends on the elasticity of your skin. I used cocoa butter all the time before I even showed with my first and got them all over. This is my 2nd pregnancy, with my first I didn't start to notice them really until my 9th month and after I gave birth then I could definitely see them since my belly wasn't stretched out anymore.  This one I haven't noticed any yet. But I have gained way less weight this time then I did my first so I think that's why too. Everyone is different. Just be happy you don't have any.

I agree- you might just be one of the lucky ones! Like everything else, stretch marks can be different for everyone. I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and don't have any (knock on wood!), and I've gained about 30 lbs. I've been using cocoa butter too, and weight gain has been gradual which I've read helps.
