9 month check up

Aiden had his 9 month check up today. He is 18lbs 3ozs. He finally doubled his birth weight, well actually almost. He was off by 1 oz. He is 30 1/4 inches tall. The doctor wasn't concerned yet about him not sitting by himself because he is doing everything else. Crawling, rolling all over the place, picking things up with 2 fingers, clapping hands, giving toys to us when we ask for them.

ok see, i didn't even KNOW there was a 9 month check up! alex doesn't have a pedi, i go through the health department...and they haven't told me about a 9 month check! a friend(whose son is 2 months younger than alex) said, yes there's a check up, b/c now there is another round of shots at 9 months? but when i called the HD, they say no...

ugh...

i do know alex is like 23 pounds, and about 28 inches though...he crawls fine, and now that he's in daycare, he's trying to walk more. he pulls up really well, and when he crawls he looks like he has a broken wagon wheel lol, cos he half crawls, with a foot down, instead of on his knees...

on Weston's 9 month check up (2 weeks ago) he was also 20lbs 15oz but he was 29 1/4 inches.  he was 75th on height and 50th on weight. aiden is gonna be a tall and skinny one!  

also, he took 2 steps last week on his own then sat down and hasnt done it since!  he "cruises" all over the house - as long as he can get his hand on something to hold he will walk all day long!  it is crazy how this time has FLOWN by so fast! enjoy all that is to come ladies!!

I went to 9 month check up for my ds yesterday, he is 20 lb 15 oz and 28.5 inches. He is in 60% for height, sounds like Aiden is tall!
