My first son is nine months and is very active, which usually isn't a problem, but now that I'm.four weeks pregnant ; I find that I'm scared more. He crawls all over me and steps on my stomach so much, should I be worried.?

God Bless your little 9 month old boy.  He doesn't know any better at this age.  But I would try to teach him that when he kicks you, that hurts.  When he does that, pretend to cry a little and say, "That hurts mommie."  Make it a simple statement that he understands.  You want to try and get him out of this kicking stage, before you get much further along.

This worked with my son, when I was pregnant with his sister.  I hope it works for you.

If u know he kicks u, I would suggest to put a pillow or something to protect your belly... U don't wanna take a chance ... Or try avoiding the position u hold him where he could kick ur belly!
Congratulations to u all :)

With as early as you are, I don't think you have to worry about it.  The baby doesn't come out of your pelvis until you're around 11-12 weeks.  So even if you took a good strong kick, it would just be hurting you, not the baby.  I'm just over 12 weeks, but my 1st is almost 5.  So I've been able to explain to him that he has to be gentle with mommy.  Good luck and congrats!! :)

Hi...I am also 4 weeks and 1 day I believe.  I have a VERY active 15 month-old daughter as well.  I just try to keep her away from my belly as much as I can but it's probably a little easier for me since she walks.  But she wants me to hold her all the time too and I am finding my back is a little more sore not to mention just feeling blah right now.  Congrats on your pregnancy.
