How much activity is too much

I am 20 weeks come Monday.  I feel great. I started to put my garden in slowly. Digging holes for my potatoes and put my onions in. Also I started to mow some of my lawn. But I been doing my lawn little at a time each day for the last three days. I stop when I feel like I need to I haven't pushed myself.

I'm a workaholic so dialling it back has been hard for me. But i know when my body has had enough so I'll stop for the day. I've gone from doing 18hr days to 10-12hrs and everyone reckons that's still too much. Listen to your body, only you know when you need a break.

I've been picking up yards of dirt in my truck and shoveling it out. 3 loads so far and yeah there has been a few times where I tell myself I need to stop.

Sounds like thats reasonable. Too much is when your body says "ive had enough for now." You only can be the judge of whats too much. I know when to stop when I start getting dizzy, out of breath, hurting, or extremely fatigued. If you feel great, keep doing your normal activities. Your the best critic for your body. Take care
