My baby was breech for a few weeks. I visited a chiropractor that was trained in the Webster technique, which helps to align your hips and create maximum space for baby to go head down. Baby flipped after one adjustment and it also helped a great deal with my lower back pain.
Oh really? I was thinking of trying some excercises I looked up. I havent been very active this pregnancy which im sure doesnt help at all. Im in so much pain from the way shes laying. :(
Well if the baby is transverse already u have a higher chance that the baby will turn then a breech baby. Good luck to u
Okay thats what I was hoping! :) shes been transverse for about a month now so im patiently waiting. Thank you!
