Thanks everyone, been to the doctor today. I'm not depressed just highly emotional and a bit stressed. But have to keep an eye on it because it could turn into depression..

If you want, Google the beck's depression inventory. It's easy to take and score yourself and it's what most therapists use. It won't help your depression but it'll give you an objective scary answer

If ur always sad or moody. Dont want to do regular activities you once enjoyed, having bad thoughts of harming utself or others, theres different symptoms for everyone. If u have a concern u should see ur doc promptly.
