Aw, good to know that's considered a curse word on here. I genuinely didn't know anyone still regarded it as foul language. We New Yorkers employ it quite liberally!

Well I just devoured Taco Bell after my hair appointment, lol. I know it's not the BEST way to eat but in moderation I think it's fine. Otherwise I've been very good with my diet so I don't feel bad eating fast food once a week or so. More of a weight gainissue than a safety issue.

shynelle45 just wanted to mention - 1. You're making me want chocolate milk :) and 2. Just be careful drinking a whole lot of soy because it has naturally occurring plant estrogen that can mess with your hormone balance in higher quantities. I know women who started drinking in on normal health kicks and it threw off their menstrual cycles. Also a case of moderate amounts probably being fine, but since you're craving it, might want to run it by the doc if you're drinking a lot of it. Now to send my husband out to get me some chocolate milk...

I think everyone had this issue :/ but everything is ok in moderation. I just try to spread it out as much as possible. For some reason this baby thinks I need to drink my body weight in chocolate milk. Once I noticed how much I was intaking I switched to a low sodium soy milk so it was not as bad but I still got my fix. Alot of restaurants have a smart choices menu now so maybe try to order off that so you still get the taste but a little more healthy option?

Maaaan I've been craving bic macs and jack in the box tacos :( it ***** cus I get cravings for ice cold dr peppers also but I cut soda down to maybe one or two a week but its so hard.. if I want a cookie ill switch to a yogurt and drink tons of ice water! I try and stick with good salads if we go out or grilled chicken and things that aren't extremely fattening.. I heard that mcdonalds salads or some of them are actually more fattening then their burgers so be careful. If I do eat salad I don't put a lot of dressing or just use salt an pepper, they say sweet tooths can be carved by eating berries or drinking smoothies. W.e it is u do I'm sure ull be fine.. don't need to go all nuts and be a health freak just try and manage healthy options  :)

Those are not as bad as McDonald's or stuff like that, try not to make it every day and if you do go out to fast foods eat smart salad stuff like that maybe mention to them that you aren't trying to eat so that stuff...
I'm 12 weeks and I had McDonald's a couple times idk why but it's not every day and I sure don't drink soda
Good luck! Oh! Maybe pack a lunch? Not go out? You are in control of what you eat either way :)
