Sweep!

What are everyone's experiences with having a sweep? I have had mine an hour ago and if it works I'm wondering what to expect x

Looks like I'm gonna be waiting a while still no little lady! I would of had her out a while a go if I could of haha x

I've got ages to wait if it don't work! I'll get given another sweep next Monday and if that don't work I'll get induced at 41+6 ! X

I've been wondering as well i just had one an hour and a half ago and I've had a few contractions but I'm getting induced on Wednesday can't wait

It's okay :) I'm 40+1 now and very impatient haha no signs of anything happening immediately :'( x

Thanks :) and sorry for hijacking your question. Hope you see some results from it soon. These last few weeks waiting are aweful! I'm so done with pregnancy! Good luck x

It was quite uncomfortable but I wouldn't describe it as painful, but I suppose it depends on your pain threshold. I was nervous before hand as I haven't had a vaginal examination before but it isn't half as bad as I imagined, I just focused on the fact it may bring me closer to meeting my daughter. Don't worry about it :) x

Is it sore? I might be getting one next appointment and not really looking forward to it as it sound disgusting and painful or uncomfortable :(
