Completely normal and yes round ligament pain. Work in some light exercising each day. Such as a walk around the block and simple stretching. And drink plenty of water. Tylenol is safe and effective as well as warm baths and showers. Not too hot plz. But honestly exercising and water are the most important. They will tone all those muscles lessen the discomfort. Make for easier labor and delivery and help ur body bounce back faster!

I was just about to say something about this. Happening to me as well on the right,  I hear it's round ligament pain although it's lasted several hours. I've also heard to apply a warm compress to it or to lay down.

The only thing that works for me is laying on my left side and propping my belly up with a pillow or blanket.
