Why can I not control my hormones??
So I just found j was pregnant and I'm about 5 weeks along. Me and my fiance have been planning for a baby forever. Hut now it's Deming like a nightmare for us both... my hormones are out of control!! I'll be super happy one minute and the next im biting off his head. I don't want him to end up hating me because of this. What can I do to help???

Hormones are a hard part of pregnancy! Learning to control ourselves is the only way. Take deep breaths, give yourself a time out, get extra rest. Good luck hon
