I think overall that most women who have a d&c go on to have babies in the future. Agree that it is the cases of repeated procedures that are more of a concern.
Here is a link to look at that has information on issues that contribute to a woman having difficulty conceiving. Smoking, drinking, age, hormonal issues are all contributors.

Scar tissue from any type of procedure (including d&c) can happen and can impact fertility. There is also data to indicate that someone may have increased fertility directly following a d & c.
However, I agree with rockrose that if you are miscarrying (and sorry if you are), naturally is the way to go unless your doctor tells you to have a d & C and then I would always follow their medical advice. And agree as well to be careful of the internet and the biased that any one site may have to push a hidden agenda. That's why I linked the .gov site for womens health and infertility. good luck
Yes, D&Cs affect future uterine health. There are two kinds - scraping and suction and apparently scraping does more damage to the uterus.
Repeated D&Cs can lead to infertility or uterine rupture during pregnancy.
This is a good reason, if you are miscarrying, to miscarry naturally and avoid a D&C if possible. The more D&Cs you have, the more at risk you are to secondary infertility.
You may want to google does D&C affect fertility. Be watchful for antiabortion websites that trade on thin science.
Yes. A d and c should not affect your fertility
