bf not showing up to my baby shower

hey guys im 33 weeks pregnant and have alot of problems and drama with my bfs family there fore im not on speaking terms with them my mom is throwing me a baby shower tomarrow and didnt invite any of his family besides him bcuz she knows they treated me like crap and isnt very happy with them there mad they didnt get invited and my bf is mad to but honestly its my day and i just want to enjoy it without it feeling awkward and weird and just dealing with them i cant stand them ...so my bf decided to let me know he isnt going to my baby shower bcuz he cant do that to his family im SO MAD !!! Iv even considered not telling him when i go into labor bcuz he hasnt been there to support me emotionally throughout this whole pregnancy and this is the last straw...am i wrong for not wanting him in the dilevery room

I don't know all the issues between his family and u but y'all need to find away to get along. It is your boyfriend job to sit everybody down and find out what is going on. I see so many women make these decisions and regret them later. I used to make decisions based on my feelings and later on down the line when everyone is getting along and we start talking about the old days they weren't apart of it becuz of foolishness. It going to take a lot of people to raise a child. Anyone that u love and trust will be needed when u have ur child. I truly found out the hard way. Its u and his family choice to continue to be mad at one another but ur child will suffer becuz that's the child family too. Your relationship will suffer as well.

I was gonna say the same thing i wouldn't want him there i wouldn't of told him or his family just give yourself some time away and focus on you and the baby and enjoy your day you gonna have plenty of time to deal with that drama later

I honestly wouldn't want him there either if he hasn't been there for you. Labor isn't easy and you need supportive people around you
