Hi ok so I'm 13 weeks in and i had bleeding last night went to the er and they did a sonogram found gestational sac within the endometrial cavity with fetal pole corresponding to 13 week and 4 day gestation. .fetal heart rate 160bpm .anterior fundal placenta with venous lakes and small amount of retroplacental fluid no evidence of torsion small amount of free fluid with in the cul-de-sac please help I don't know what any of this means and now I have brown mucus discharge like old blood I'm scared please help
