Getting induced?

My doctor has decided to induce me on Tuesday. Is it more painful or is it going to be about the same.? Anything I need to worry about or be afraid of.?

I been induced twice I went in on 16 .. I just had my daughter on 17 and when I went in to get induced I was at 3cm so I thought it wouldn't be long but I didn't have her to the next day ... It depends on yur body but I think being induced slows down yur labor ... Hope everything goes well

I've got no personal experience, but from what I've heard from family and friends, being induced tends to be a bit more painful, probably because you're forcing labor instead of going naturally. And it tends to happen faster when induced also, which is probably a big reason! Good luck and congrats!
