Birth Story
Just wanted to share my birth story with other momma's on here!
I got induced at 7pm. My doctor gave me 1 round of cytocec at 7:45. I was 1&1/2 cm dilated & 60% thinned out. A few hours later I was having strong & consistent contractions so he went ahead & broke my water around 1am. I was still 1&1/2 cm & 60%. After that my contractions got 10x worse & closer to together. I couldn't let my body relax like it needed to so I got the epidural which my body rejected after I got 5 doses of the medicine. Around 6 am I told the nurse I felt like I needed to push. She checked me & I was 9cm!!!! She let me push a little & waited 15 minutes to let me get to 10cm. I delivered my baby boy at 6:31! I pushed for a total of 10 minutes & 6 times. I tore at the top of my vagina instead of the bottom so I had to have a few stitches. He weighed 6 pounds 15.8 ounces & 20 & a quarter inches long!
